 Use and maintenance
1、 BRL pipeline equipment is usually connected with the cooling water of mechanical seal before startup, and then shut down before cutting off the cooling water during shutdown. Tap water can be used as cooling water. Cooling water pressure ≤ 0.2MPa. Materials must enter the working chamber before starting up, and ensure that they do not run under the condition of material interruption, so as to avoid idling, burning out the mechanical seal (mechanical seal) due to high temperature or affecting the service life. Cooling water inlet and outlet joints are equipped with hose size Φ 8mm leather pipe.
2、 After confirming that the cooling water of the mechanical seal is connected, start the motor, and repeatedly require that the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the rotation mark of the main shaft before operation. It is strictly prohibited to reverse!
3、 When using the machine, liquid materials must be continuously input or maintained in a certain amount in the container. Avoid idling the machine to avoid damage to the equipment due to high temperature or crystallization and solidification of materials in the work. Idling is strictly prohibited!
4、 Generally, materials only need to enter SRH pipeline equipment through high-level self weight, and the feed must be continuously input to maintain good fluidity of materials. When the material fluidity is poor and the viscosity is ≥ 4000cp, the inlet of SRH pipeline equipment shall be equipped with a transfer pump with a pumping pressure of 0.3MPa. The selected pump shall be colloid pump (cam rotor pump) and its flow shall be the same as that of the selected pipeline emulsifier
Match the range. (it shall be greater than the minimum flow value and less than the maximum flow value)
5、 It is strictly prohibited for metal chips or hard and hard debris to break into the working cavity, so as not to cause destructive damage to the working stator, rotor and equipment.
6、 In case of abnormal sound or other faults during the operation of the equipment, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection, and the equipment shall not be operated until the faults are eliminated. Clean the working chamber, stator and rotor after shutdown.
7、 SRH pipeline equipment, such as process working chamber, can be additionally equipped with insulation layer for cooling or heating materials. When starting up, first connect the coolant or heat transfer oil. The working pressure of the insulation interlayer is ≤ 0.2MPa. When there are temperature requirements for processing (such as asphalt), it must be heated or cooled to the normal working temperature, turned and started.
8、 When the equipment is used in flammable and explosive working environment, explosion-proof motor of corresponding level must be selected.
9、 After production, the equipment must be cleaned, so as to not only maintain the working efficiency of stator and rotor, but also protect the sealing of the machine. If necessary, a set of cleaning circulation device shall be designed and installed near the periphery.
10、 According to the different media used by users, the inlet and outlet filters must be cleaned regularly to avoid the reduction of feed and affecting the production efficiency. The materials entering the working chamber must be fluid, and dry powder and lump materials are not allowed to enter the machine directly, otherwise the machine will be stuffy and damage the equipment.
11、 Check the stator and rotor regularly. If excessive wear is found, replace the corresponding parts in time to ensure the effect of dispersion and emulsification.
12、 When the SRH pipeline type equipment was found to have liquid leakage during operation, the pressure of the machine seal must be adjusted after shutdown. (detailed introduction shall be made when the instructions for use of mechanical seal are attached)
13、 Before using the equipment, corresponding safety production operation procedures shall be formulated to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. In the electrical control system, the user shall set up a safety protection system and have a good and reliable electrical motor grounding device.
